ANOTHER SUCCESS FOR KELAB SETIA

Drama_kemerdekaan_2

Club_setia_026Kelab Setia became a legend of Catholic High School. Hardships and difficulties confronted us but we still managed to withstand and overcome them. The Haunted Mansion was the club’s previous success and now is the Drama Kemerdekaan that became our second success. Both Haunted Mansion and the drama Club_setia_028attained recognition from our principle, Madam Tan Lin. Today, during the assembly this morning, she praised us for putting up such an interesting and hilarious drama during the Hari Pelancaran Bulan Penghayatan Kemerdekaan 2006. I have been narrating various dramas during these two years in CHS but this is Club_setia_081the only drama I felt the best. Although sometimes I think we’ve overdone it, because it was a kind of an immature drama to me, as in “很废”, but yet it could attract hundreds of students. Special thanks to our dedicated friend, Ah Woo from U6A who had been putting tremendous effort in directing and producing the script. It Club_setia_029was mainly his effort in making the drama a success. And great thanks to all actors, actresses and helpers who helped, willing to spare and sacrifice their precious time in staying back everyday after school to practise and help, that make us all successful. Our success especially the Haunted Mansion will soon be published in the local Chinese Newspapers.

30th Bon Odori Celebration

BON ODORI

Bon_odori_2006_026Bon Odori is a summer festival celebrated by Japanese around the world as a reminder of the gratefulness one should feel toward one’s ancestors. Just like in any other places, the year 2006 30th Bon Odori celebration was a great success at Matsushita Stadium in Shah Alam today. In fact, this festival is renowned for its traditional dance and the true meaning of this celebration was not fully understood. As for me, this year’s Bon Odori was a meaningful one to me because I got to fully participate in it. Thanks to Joel Thean a.k.a. Pn Thean who offered me a place in representing my school in performing the traditional dance at the stadium.

クアラルンプ日本人学校

12/07/06- It was a hot Wednesday afternoon; we representatives of CHS were to Jsklbe at the Japanese School of Kuala Lumpur (JSKL) situated in Saujana, to learn the Japanese O-Bon dance. There were four traditional dances and they were the Dai Tokyo Ondo (大東京音頭), Hanagasa Ondo (花笠音頭), Tokyo Ondo (東京音頭) and Ohisama Ondo (おひさま音頭). These dances were to be taught to us so that we could lead the crowd on Saturday. The school was beyond my expectations; one will fell oneself in Japan as one enters the school. Bon_odori_2006_046Everything was fully and well equipped and it is similar to that of the schools in Japan. Katakana, Hiragana and Kanji writings were written all around the school and it was a golden opportunity to learn more about the language as I have been learning since some time ago. Only four of us, Joel, Zhen Hong, Peck Yee and I were from the 6th Bon_odori_2006_047form and others were from various forms. I was shocked and amazed to look at how clean the school was, I tried searching for some trash on the floor but I couldn’t. The washrooms were very clean and no footwear is needed to enter it. Besides, Kuen Cheng, Sri KL and Alam Shah representatives were there with us to learn the dance as well. We were then divided into various smaller groups and every group was Bon_odori_2006_044coached by two Japanese girl students. If I wasn’t mistaken, their names were Hikaru Fukano and Nao Yamashiro. One good thing that I found: although their English wasn’t that well spoken but they were not shy when speaking to us in the broken language, what I observed was the undying spirit to improve themselves and that really Bon_odori_2006_026_1obsessed me. Later that afternoon, the principal of JSKL brought us for a walk around the school. The compound was incredibly large and we couldn’t visit all places in such short time, therefore we did visit on the secondary school only. All classes were built exactly like in Japan. All of them were well equipped with air-conditioning, computer, television, and cupboards to keep personal belongings. It Bon_odori_2006_029 was the blackboards that fascinated me, unlike the blackboards in Malaysia schools; these were made concave so students who sit at the sides could see clearly what was written on it. I really hoped that more time could be given so that we could see more about the school and understand more about the Japanese culture. Unfortunately, we would have to make a move as it was getting late. I wished I was given a second chance to pay a visit to that school again.

お盆

15/07/06- Ohisama~ that was the only dance that I enjoyed a lot; it involved a 832624721852l_2lot of jumping and running around, was the most fun of all. Today is really fun, the day for Bon Odori 2006 that held at Matsushita Stadium, Shah Alam. After fetching Joel from home, we had a quick lunch in Ipoh Chicken Rice Restaurant. We then proceeded on to school where everyone gathered. The bus that we took later on eventually brought us to Matsushita Stadium. The Japanese O-Bon feel arose within me, but this time was even greater because I 832622035454lwill be performing in the dance. This year’s Bon Odori t-shirt was something different, instead of red, orange was chosen. After having ourselves changed into the t-shirt, Joel and I went out to the main field to walk around and  had few beautiful scenic and memorable friendship photos taken. This distributed t-shirt was our identification passport as people wearing this t-shirt were allowed to pass through below the grandstand. It was 6.10pm and it was about for Joel, Peck Yee and I to enter below the grandstand to get ourselves prepared. We even had more photos taken with the attractive Japanese girls dressed in Kimono and Yukata. Our sensei, Nao Yamashiro who taught us the dance previously, was of Bon_odori_2006_073the beautiful ones and many people were surrounding her to have their photo with her taken, we weren’t excluded as well. Later on we had a briefing by Mr A. Yamamoto regarding the do and don’ts when performing. Sharp 7pm, all performers were already on the stage and behind the barricades. After a short address by some Japanese VIP, I think it must be the VIP from the Malaysia Japanese Society, the dance begun. Initially, I was a little afraid because Joel cast me pressure, afraid Bon_odori_2006_062of doing the steps wrongly and this might embarrassed myself. My confidence level built up as towards the end of the dance and I began to recall all the movements of the dance. As soon as the Ohisama Ondo ended, the Bon Odori Part 1 ended as well. I went searching for friends hoping that I might bump into some old friends, but I couldn’t see even one. Maybe they were there and I couldn’t look clearly because I left my specs at Bon_odori_2006_020home (It happened the year before too). The second part was a bit bored for me as the movements were the same, additionally I was the only male dancer among so many girls and Joel wasn’t there to accompany me while Zhen Hong went up to the stage to dance. So, I danced with a few Obasan that time. After the second part, I had approximately 25 minutes to walk around, so I went looking for friends and I found Wei Ren and Agong, they were having Yakitori!!! I was quite in thirst that time and bought myself a tin of Isomax, Japanese style (I couldn’t recall the Japanese name of it) Wow, and it cost RM 3 while the normal Isomax that I bought outside only cost maximally RM Bon_odori_2006_0311.80. Well, it’s ok as soon as it feeds my thirst. The third part was the fun part of all, Joel, Zhen Hong and a Form 4 guy came dancing with me. Because it was the last and final part already, we danced to our fullest. Finally, all the dances ended at 9.30pm and it was the closing already. Joel and I proceeded on to the grandstand below after the closing performance, the Taiko Drum performance by the Japanese Boys from JSKL. Inside the inner hall, we grab hold of the opportunity to take more pictures with the Japanese Sensei and Japanese girls especially our sensei, Hikaru Fukano and Nao Yamachiro. It was late already and it Bon_odori_2006_071_1was for us to leave the stadium. Farewell to our Japanese friends and to our sensei. We boarded the bus later and headed back to PJ and had a hot Tom Yum supper with Ah Foon, Lim Peh and others at Pn Chew’s place. Special thanks especially to Joel who offered me, and thanks to the girls who taught us the dance, helping me to understand more about the Japanese culture.

Kelab Setia’s Haunted Mansion

July 2nd, 2006 by jasonkim-1987

HAUNTED MANSION, CHS STYLE

1 July 2006, a successful day in remembrance

Since months ago, all kinds of plans were discussed and revised. All of us, the committee members of Kelab Setia 05/06 were in the mode of cracking our Setia1heads, figuring out what type of goods that we should sell and what type of services that we should render to the students, as well as to the public during our grand 50th Anniversary School celebration. It was to be divided into two divisions, the food and the service divisions. We, as in the service division finally decided to build our own haunted mansion for the grand day. Ideas was taken from all around in building this mansion, and most opportunely, I got an interior designer friend, Kai Meng who was willing to lend a helping hand in designing the floor plan of the mansion for us free. The internet was our second source in getting great ideas and the recordings of the haunting music as well as man-painted pictures of ghost and spirits. The picture that scared a lot of those who went in was the picture of Toshio (byHm1 Yuya Ozeki in Ju-On) that was place on the shrine table inside. Our haunted mansion was given a place in Room BB2/4P4, a place that is perfectly ideal for building a mansion there because it was located in the basement and it was the darkest classroom of all. After much discussions and plans were made, the day before our grand celebration arrived. Lower and Upper Sixers joined hands in helping to build the mansion. A total of 134 tables were used in building the walls and 50 packets of garbage bags were used to cover them. Garbage bags that covered the tables were great in giving a good effect to creep anyone that passed through it. Uncle Lim that tortured, chopped, slaughtered and murdered his daughter caused his daughter’s spirit to return in Hm5revenge was our main theme for the haunted mansion. With the yellow and UV lights as well as the creepy haunting sounds on, it creates a scary and creepy atmosphere even to the builders themselves. Finally, it was the day that we longed to scare people; we were surprise seeing people asking us about the opening time and they were rushing us to let them in as we thought that this haunted mansion will be a total failure as people will think that it will be lame and unattractive. Although there were some complications and technical problems with the praying lights that morning, we were still lucky to have Shi Hau and Jia Ken to change them. Finally, the firstImg_0039 group of 4 girls entered our mansion and that time I was back at the crew passageway operating the lights and the television. We feel so good and delighted as we heard the girls screaming, from the banging of the door until the Img_0052group came out, and this means a lot to us as we put loads of effort in setting up and making this mansion scary. Unexpectedly, the queue outside was so long until it reaches the next door. We could only allow 4-5 people in only as our ghosts couldn’t scare a large group and a large group could also cause heavy stuffiness due to the poor air-ventilation inside. The crowd outside was unexpectedly big and we had to use the numbering system to get them in. It was the 8th group that was waiting at that time and the tickets were already given until to the 75th group. Tickets Img_0044 couldn’t be given out anymore as we feared that we couldn’t finish letting all the 75 groups in by 5pm. It was great to hear girls screaming and crying inside, desperate to get out from the mansion. A girl in one of the groups that got in nearly fainted due to over-feared. It was already time to close as the clock stroke 5 and the queue were still long. Abiding rules, we had to stop the queue and the queue behind couldn’t get it anymore. But finally, we let those who wanted to get in to have a walk around without the ghosts Img_0038inside. Later that afternoon, we invited our headmistress in, and we were clapping our hands outside as we heard her screamed inside. Our headmistress came out in tears finally. It was a great success to all of us, members of the Kelab Setia and all Form Sixers that contributed their effort and energy in creating and making this haunted mansion. Our total earnings for that day was RM 700, but above all, the feel of success wasn’t on the earnings that we got, it was from how good in scaring people. Thanks again to those who contributed and sacrificed their time and effort in making this haunted mansion a great success.

Pangkor Trip Update

June 16th, 2006 by jasonkim-1987

VOYAGE DE PANGKOR

A Lamerz’s point of view

Pangkor_trip_joel_033

It all started of with Joel asking me to join them for Penang since it was school holidays anyhow. I didn’t want to go for any of those trips offered initially since I still have some left-over chapters planning to be done during the two-week break. But something just came into my mind saying that I should go since it was holiday and I should get some getaways just to relax my tensed-up mind. And I was quite excited and was looking forward to it. And just of a sudden, Joel brought forth a bad news stating that the trip to Penang was eventually cancelled due to some complications, one of them were due to financial hardships. Since it was so expensive as calculated, and now I was being informed there’s was no more trip in the midst of excitement, I tried searching for alternatives to reduce travel and tours expenditures. Pangkor, was the first alternative destination that came into my mind, since a shorter route will somehow help to reduce the price because it is situated just off-coast Perak compared to that of the island off-coast Seberang Prai. It wasn’t easy in planning this trip since everyone was still in the exam mood. Even planning would cause a person to ‘vomit blood’. Supposing Joel and I should work hand-in-hand in planning it. He asked me to study all information regarding Pangkor and he will do the rest of it. After few restless nights of studying, I finally compiled him a booklet of all the important information that he should know, from tariffs to places of interest. Unappreciated, he dumb it aside without even looking as soon as we got home after we had dinner together in SS2 that night. What to do? It seemed that I would have to do all the reservations? Well, we decided on Nipah Bay Villa, a villa owned by Mr. and Mrs. Sabtu (kind of a chalet) situated on the opposite side of the island in Nipah Bay, distanced 7 KM from Jetty, it was the only accommodation that attracted me due to its reasonable tariffs. The Dormitory package valued RM 130 for two nights per person including all 3 meals with BBQ on the second night. Furthermore, the room that we rented was quite well equipped, 8 dorm beds, attached bathroom with water heater, TV with Discovery Channel, and the most important thing was the air-cond. After all final confirmations were made; we booked on the package and payment was to be made three days after, to validate the reservation. After all agonizing nights studying PA, the night before the trip fell, it seemed everything was smooth going, even bus tickets to Lumut was ‘readily’ bought by Joel.

7th June 2006 (يوم الأربعاء )

It all started at 8. That morning, mum and I left home early together. Mum fetched me to Puduraya Bus Station, but before that I accompanied her for breakfast and did some marketing in one of the back streets in Chinatown. Those streets were wet and stinky, chicken blood was all over the floor, I quickly got off as soon as marketing was done and had Wan Tan Mee with mum that morning. My watch showed 8.10am and eventually should depart to Puduraya by then. Well, all seven of us gathered at Platform 14 and I was surprised to see Ah Beh there as well because days before he informed that he couldn’t make it due to some personal circumstances. We waited for the so called “Ekspress Kesatuan” bus to Lumut. It really disappoints us. The bus left 15 minutes earlier without prior notice and this wasn’t the first time that happened to me. I really had a bad impression on busses in Puduraya, that why sometimes I rather takPangkor_trip_joel_004e the train than the bus. Well, after all complications had been resolved, we were fortunate to have a bus that takes us to destination. No choice but to travel KL-Gopeng-Ipoh-Lumut instead KL-Lumut that took us almost half day. By the time we reach Lumut it was almost  late noon. It was interesting enough that we boarded the ferry with our belongings partially unattended as photos were being taken. All except Choy Wan climbed the upper deck and had a cool Pangkor_trip_joel_008breeze. Again,  photos by photos in the midst of excitement and relaxation. I began to wonder why didn’t Choy Wan came up as well, when I went down, she looked so anxious and frustrated because she couldn’t find her handbag that contained her purse, IC, driver’s license and cell phone. She was in deep wretchedness and I went upper deck to inform the rest about that matter. Everyone scattered around Pangkor_trip_joel_009to loPangkor_trip_joel_006ok for that particular handbag and to identify suspicious people. The ferry docked and there was still no sign of her handbag. Nothing can be done anymore, as we couldn’t have a spot check operation on all the passengers of the ferry, so to accept the fact that it has been stolen due to personal carelessness. As soon as we stepped on land, our first visitation was to the police station as to report the stolen handbag. After all hassles, we then  proceed on to our chalet in Nipah Bay. Upon arrival, I was quite impressed with the surrounding Pangkor_trip_joel_019 managed (Don’t know about the others). It wasn’t a five star hotel but it was just a nice place for  backpackers like us to accommodate ourselves. To the beach was our next destination, 2 minutes away. Joel, the kid was so fascinated, ran to the beach just like a child. It was so relaxing to look at the horizon and it was certainly an ideal place for releasing stress. Due to half the day wasted on transportation, no other places but just nearby the beach were our choice to be. Pangkor_trip_joel_020 Pangkor_trip_joel_022 Pangkor_trip_joel_029 Pangkor_trip_joel_023 Pangkor_trip_joel_027

The view was fabulous as the Sun ‘touches’ the sea water far away in the horizon. Took photos  of the Pangkor_trip_joel_034picturesque view and Pangkor_trip_joel_037those were the photos that I treasure a lot. Dinner was delicious but a little too spicy for us especially the fish. After bath, we preceded a night walk on the beach and witnessed some ‘blue tears’ or ‘蓝眼泪’ to be specific (a bluish-green mineral that illuminates only in dark when gently  rubbed on the sand). We didn’t wonder long that night as it began drizzling. No choice Pangkor_trip_joel_038but the hotel room was our next place to be. After that we were all in the hotel room as the rain poured outside. Luckily Siu Fung brought a deck of poker cards as for our leisure activities. We played ‘Liar’ till late night and went to bed later on. Joel was complaining about his fear about the unseen that might just present at our room that night. So, I dragged my upper deck bed to the floor and had a night sleep beside him. Good boy, Joel. He obeyed by not kicking me at night which he did twice during our Kembara Camp trip.

8th June 2006 (يوم الخميس)

Was very tired due to lack of sleep the night before, my tiredness brought me all the way to dawn, even Siu Fung told me that I did speak in my dreams, interfered her night conversation with Ah Beh till 3am (I didn’t know I was talking to them in my sleep). Anyway, breakfast was told to be served at 7.30, so on that very morning, Sze Hui or Pn Chew to be particular, woke up and was the earliest, I’m not sure whether it’s true or not that she woke up at 5.30am as told. Anyway, she woke up and got herself readied and began to wake other people up. I was awakened almost the last by her whisper. So, all left for breakfast at the cafeteria by 7.30am. Breakfast that morning wasn’t that heavy, it was considered a light one. Toasted bread with butter and jam, scrambled egg with salt and pepper was our fillings for that morning. After that, we went to the shore to meet one of the beach boys that Ah Lian arranged with, the evening Pangkor_trip_joel_049 before, to have him as our water activity guide. Well, because Ah Lian and Joel had a few friendly conversations with those beach boys, therefore indirectly the both built some friendly bonding with the two beach boys. So, that morning, started at 9am, the two beach boys brought us island hopping, to witness the splendor of Pangkor and her sister islands mainly Giam. Giam is one Pangkor_trip_joel_068 of the attractive islands in Pangkor due to the clear crystal water surrounding it and because of its shape that looked like croc. Later we docked at Giam for snorkeling; everyone was fascinated to look at fishes and the living corals. After all had their snorkeling units worn properly, off shore we went. Poor Choy Wan, she didn’t want to snorkel with us because she was afraid that she Pangkor_trip_joel_069 might bring unfortunates to us because she claim herself unfortunate due to the stealing incident the day before. Due to over superstitious, she missed the fun. Snorkeling in the clear waters was fun and enjoyable. Various types of colourful sea fishes that weren’t easily seen on land, even in aquariums, were just right in front of our eyes. Pn Chew was funny, since that day I realized Pangkor_trip_joel_070 Pangkor_trip_joel_063_1 that she’s not only afraid of hairy and furry animals, she’s even afraid of fishes. She was screaming away when a few of us went throwing bread into the water near her. Eventually, after all the water excitement, we went back to Nipah Bay on motorboats and that was 3-4 hours later. As our friend, those beach boys charged us to the minimal rate. RM 100 was for all activities that morning for 7 of us. Our shadow was the shortest at that time and all had lunch back in chalet. Again, spicy food filled us full. After that, Ah Lian went renting bikes from the chalet which was two doors away by the name Ombak Inn. It was quite a reasonable one as for 24 hours cost only RM 15 per bike. After we deposited our valuables, all went over to get the bikes. There wasn’t much selection for Pn Chew because there wasn’t any mountain bike that was suitable for her height. Despite of her ‘shortness’, she chose the one that she could hop on after the seat was lowered maximally. Minutes later, our cycling adventure begun, our aimed destination was to Pangkor_trip_joel_079town to make some withdrawal as we would need more cash for other water activities the day after. Cycled and cycled, everyone was cycling tiredly because of the hilly roads that we have  to go through. The glimpse of the open sea was amazing as soon as we arrived at the highest peak at Tortoise bay. After catching more breathe, our journey continues and we arrived at town Pangkor_trip_joel_082 Pangkor_trip_joel_083 minutes later. We proceeded on to Fu Lin Kong temple after that. Fu Lin Kong is one of the famous Chinese temples in Pangkor or perhaps in Perak that attracted thousands of tourists due to its little Great wall and its large stone with a ‘’ written on it. Poor Choy Wan prayed for peace and good  luck hoping that her fate will be better for the coming days. After had much photo taken, we Pangkor_trip_joel_086 Pangkor_trip_joel_085proceeded to the Dutch Fort that was situated at Teluk Gedung, south of the island. They weren’t anything special about the fort except about its history stating that it was built in 1670 to store imported tin. The sun was setting fast and it was time for us to give it a move. Ah Lian and I suggested that we will take another route back to chalet, a much longer route compared to the route that was taken earlier, to catch more scenic views. We were happy as the roads weren’t that steep and were easier for us to cycle up, at the beginning. As we went further away from town, it was even easier for us to cycle. The adventure reached its climax when the roads began to have a bigger inclination. It was steeper than before. At that moment, everyone got down and pushed their bike uphill, and therefore some regrets came, I doubt that there were more hilly roads for us to cycle up before we even reach the turning point, indeed it was true. By the time we reached the turning point, it was already late dust. Standing at the highest point that any land vehicle can reach, a feel of success filled me. Going down the slope was fun but was dangerous because of the zigzags of the hilly roads. When we were almost downhill, we passed by Teluk Dalam. Teluk Dalam has one of the beautiful and high class chalets and villas in Pangkor Island. A place of quietness and tranquillity, it was indirectly the epitome of Pangkor. We couldn’t stop by for long because night was falling, therefore we continued on back to Nipah Bay later. As soon as we arrived back to the villa, everyone was almost ‘flattened’ on the floor due to extreme exhaustion. Surprisingly, the food that we were supposed to barbecue was done for us. Delicious well-grilled stingray, prawns and squids filled our appetite that night. We planned to have a good rest at the beach later, as Joel was too excited. But that night, Ah Lian, Pn Chew and I had some personal talks regarding Ah Lian’s affair, right after dinner while the rest when back to have themselves cleaned. We didn’t go to the beach at last as the talk lasted quite long. An eventual deep understanding I got from the talk and I began to see things clearly from then on. Anyway, three of us went back to room and bathe. Later, Pn Chew, Joel and I went out to buy supper and we bought grilled squid for RM 15 while other remained in the room playing cards. We ended our day quite early that night because everyone was in tremendous exhaustion after cycling for almost 18 km around the island, up and down the hills.

9th June 2006 (يوم الجمعة)

I refused to wake up early that morning, so I was left alone in the room to continue my dreams as the rest went out for breakfast. I didn’t expect Siu Fung and Pn Chew to be that kind hearted. They brought breakfast from the cafeteria for me. But anyhow I must thank the both for being such a Good Samaritan. Due to extreme exercise we had the day before, the girls had Picture_019 pains in their joins. Ah Beh and Joel failed to convince them for banana boat because they can hardly move anymore. Well, then I tried my best to persuade them by using some dirty tactics. Choy Wan didn’t want to move and was almost asleep. I wasn’t sure whether Joel’s socks were that smelly or not, so…I soak them in Choy Wan’s face and she woke up immediately. Haha… I could do the same thing to Pn Chew but I couldn’t do it to Siu Fung because she’s a big tough girl. I tried doing so and I gave up when she gave me a deep scratch with her fingernails on my arm. Ouch…Eventually, I and the three girls left the room when Ah Lian came rushing us. Seven of us were Picture_034 Picture_037 just nice for a banana boat, a prefect number almost for everything. The banana boat wasn’t that exciting after all because it wasn’t driven fast enough. Later that morning, we kayaked. First it was Ah Lian and Pn Chew, followed by Joel and I and eventually Ah Beh and Choy Wan. I bet the first and the second pair didn’t go out so far, and we were kayaking near shore around Giam and Picture_021 Picture_035Mentagor Island. The brave ones were Ah Beh and Choy Wan which went out far to the open sea, until we hardly see them from shore, they were like two orange dots in the horizon. They went really far away from shore, surpassing the buoy line. We were worried at that time, worried that they couldn’t come back to shore due to big waves. We eventually seek help from the beach boys and they told us they couldn’t help us by kayaking out there unless if Picture_038he uses a motorboat because big waves there can easily sick a kayak. But after awhile, the two orange dots became larger to our sight and we knew that they were approaching us. So, Pn Chew, Su Fung, Ah Lian and I went back to chalet to bathe and packed our lunch while Joel was on the beach waiting for their return. We checked out at 2.30pm and left our luggage near the reception counter and had lunch by the beach.  We then extended over rental period of the bikes and went cycling to  Picture_032 Picture_053Picture_043Picture_042Teluk Dalam, where    Pangkor Airport was situated. After much pictures were taken, we then  departed back to return our bikes, and bought some souvenirs at the nearby shops, especially Ah Lian. We then took the taxi to jetty and hopped on the ferry later. Back to mainland half hour later, and took the 6.30pm bus back to the humid and busy KL via Bidor. Finally, we arrived at the capital around 11.30pm, in where we started. The 3 days 2 nights Pangkor trip ended there and then.

Penguinzz? Chemistryzz?? Pn.Wongzz?

Pn_wongs_sanctuaryPENGUIN’S SANCTUARY

It was just another boring schooling day, as usual, Mathematics was boring and I nearly felt asleep, but I insisted not to do so just to avoid Chan Moi’s wrath. But, surprisingly, she didn’t give any homework today, because she spent the whole of the double period talking about Research and Development (R&D) instead of the main topic. So, today was kinda free because there were no maths homework, but I still need to catch up on the left-over past year questions. Other than that, nothing special happened; life just went on as in the same old days. The special part of the day was the visitation to Pn. Wong’s house in Rahim Kajai 10, TTDI. From house, I departed at 5.30pm and it was drizzling. It was 10 minutes later when I arrived and fetched Kok Pun and it started raining heavily. We proceeded on to Ke Yeun’s house to pick her up, and it was planned that the arrival time at her house was 6.10pm, but we arrived 25 minutes later due to the terrible jam at the Img_0042_4 Hicom-Puchong area. After that, the journey continued and the arrival time at destination was 7.30pm. The traffic wasn’t that congested on the Damansara-Puchong Highway after the Sunway Cable Bridge interchange. At Pn. Wong’s house, the dishes were great. Mihun and chicken rice were served with various kinds on chili spices and they were scrumptious. We chatted at the dining table and Pn. Wong offered Taylor_ferguson_1 red wine. The alcohol content was 14% to its total volume. It didn’t taste pleasant to me and I eventually poured the rest to Stephen’s cup. On the other hand, I was gonna drive home, therefore it was not that good to consume too much alcoholic drinks. We continued chatted, the dining room was filled with loud noises and laughter. The chat lasted around 45 minutes and it was very enjoying. After group photos has been taken, it was time for us to return home, not to disturb Pn. Wong anymore, because she needed to finish her typing work on the exam questions. The rest proceeded on to the night market in OUG while Kok Pun and I went visited Joel in SS2. After awhile, home was our next destination and it was 10.15pm upon our arrival at KK.

What a nice day…an unforgetable one

"神啊﹐ 救救我吧﹐ 一把年紀了﹐ 一個愛人都沒有…"

Well, this is my first blog after ages of creating it, didn’t have time to post anything since I was so concentrated on the school’s exam…yayyy..it’s finally over *rejoices* and the most terrifying thing is to face the results..no…i knew i failed badly in Maths…
This is the day that the Lord hasth made, and i will never forget it. As usual, my friends and I went back to school for extra chemistry class…(she’ll still unable to finish the syllabus in time..believe me…you know who am i referring to…) Her class was boring, and i didn’t pay any attention to her…*hello, it’s my holiday, do i have to study somemore?* kept on chatting with my class’ banana faggot- stephen. -couldn’t imagine a ’spiritual’ christian like him would keep dirty sex messages in his handphone…*dissapointed*
Well the climax of the day wasn’t the extra class, it was after that. We (a few classmate and I) were hungry and decided to eat together outside, but didn’t know where to go as the places in PJ were boring. Suprisingly, L6F’s life wire aka choi nyin gave a suggestion to eat Bak Kut Teh at Taman Rashna in Klang. All agreed as genuine bak kut teh originated from Klang, our ’short journey’ begun and no one knows the shortest route to destination. So, as their driver (water fish) decided to take the KESAS via Bkt Kemuning to there. Oh no…where’s the road joining the Rashna garden road…lost..completely lost..God..help me to figure out the road to Rashna Garden. Gie Seong, Choi Nyin and Kae Shan groaned in hunger. Driving, driving, driving…yeah…we reached Klang town…(i thought Rashna Garden is not situated in Klang Town at all, it suppose to be at the corner of Jalan Bukit Kemuning)…Great..finally we reached Klang Town, what to do? but to find a place to makan lor… i remember my mum told me that there was a famous bak kut teh stall just beside the Klang Commuter Train station, i struggled in finding the way there and came across a left turning joining the main street. Wearing a pair of sunglasses and didn’t see the traffic light ahead…(usually there’ll be no traffic lights for the left turning linking the main street) didn’t brake at all and joined into the main street without any doubt. Hooray…a policeman of age i think 26 or more happily stopped me by the road side…i was thinking…oh no, God, what did I do wrong? I didn’t break and rules and regulation, what on earth that you wanted to stopped me? Pulled aside and he ordered me out, he told me that there was a traffic light…shit..is there any? he ordered me to walk across and confirm if there’s any..no…there really is…oh no..i’m totally caught guilty…he said he wanted to gantung my license and give me a summon, oh well, i was thinking if you would have to give me one and summon me, what can i do? you’re just doing your ‘rightfull’ job… oh no…you’re gonna gantung my license ..how am i gonna attend classes the next day..no, don’t do this to me. Suddently, some naughty idea came to my mind. Then i asked him "bang, boleh beri peluang kepada saya tak?" then he answered "macam mana nak beri peluang?", oh…"apa kata saya bayar kompaun?",police: "nak bayar sekarang, berapa?" , "RM 50 lah bang tunggu saya pergi kereta ambil wang"…Huh? i didn’t know i could escape with money…hehe…he asked me to hide RM 50 under my IC and give it to him…Gie Seong told me that…no need to give so much…so i gave 30 bucks and told him i couldn’t give him that much because i still have to makan (regreted why i didn’t tell him that i was gonna makan pork). I handed in the money under my IC after borrowing some from my friends and suprisingly he rejected the bribe…why are you do so, i asked myself…he eventually gave me a warning and advice me not to langgar traffic light again (i always used to..when there’s no policeman and traffic cameras..hehe..)…relieved.!!!..he 16485524258777l_1 didn’t accept my money (probably because i was wearing the Khidmat Negara t-shirt :p) Thanked God..kamsiah..You delivered me from evil…i escaped…!!! :X
Finally, arrived Taman Rashna and enjoyed genuine Bak Kut Teh after 1 1/2 hours of drive from CHS-Klang-Rashna….
It was truly an experience for me to learn and to see the true side of the Kakitangan & Pegawai Polis (this shows that the Perkhidmatan Awam personnels are not doing their job…malaysia…oh malaysia…)
Nilai and pengajaran : Only money can deliver you out from difficulties…hehe… so…bribe..that’s nothing wrong about it…hahaha…just ignore what Pn Zaipah said: selagi ada pemberi, gejala rasuah gagal dihapuskan!!" hehe….
God, keep me away from deceiful speech and sin…Amen…hehe.. :p
