ANOTHER SUCCESS FOR KELAB SETIA

Kelab Setia became a legend of Catholic High School. Hardships and difficulties confronted us but we still managed to withstand and overcome them. The Haunted Mansion was the club’s previous success and now is the Drama Kemerdekaan that became our second success. Both Haunted Mansion and the drama attained recognition from our principle, Madam Tan Lin. Today, during the assembly this morning, she praised us for putting up such an interesting and hilarious drama during the Hari Pelancaran Bulan Penghayatan Kemerdekaan 2006. I have been narrating various dramas during these two years in CHS but this is the only drama I felt the best. Although sometimes I think we’ve overdone it, because it was a kind of an immature drama to me, as in “很废”, but yet it could attract hundreds of students. Special thanks to our dedicated friend, Ah Woo from U6A who had been putting tremendous effort in directing and producing the script. It was mainly his effort in making the drama a success. And great thanks to all actors, actresses and helpers who helped, willing to spare and sacrifice their precious time in staying back everyday after school to practise and help, that make us all successful. Our success especially the Haunted Mansion will soon be published in the local Chinese Newspapers.
