It ended; the day of my teaching had ended. I didn’t know that teaching was such fun. I gained tremendously in term of experience,
although sometimes children tend to be naughty, but I really could feel the love for them. Yesterday, June 29 was my last day with the children I loved. My eyes were filled with tears when the children
of 2J sang a thank you song to me. My teaching started on Feb 12 and it ended yesterday, almost 5 months of teaching, and now here as I blog,
I am beginning to miss them. They are like my own little brothers and sisters, despite of their naughtiness; they brought me laughter, happiness and contentment throughout these 5 months in SJK (C) Chen Moh, Petaling Jaya. I will
be entering university in few hours from now. I hope that these children will grow up to be a person of love and success one day in future. I would also like to thank all the teachers in Chen Moh who really
helped me out, taught me many things such as ways to handle children. To all my friends that was/is previously/currently teaching in Chen Moh as well, may you go well with your studies in university and all the best in life. These are some photos taken for remembrance:.

After having Jia Ken to mark some tulisan, ejaan and penulisan books, we both went to a seafood restaurant in PJ state. That time

was already 2am. Before that, I headed to Jia Ken’s place right after my taekwondo class. Kelly, my taekwondo friend gave me many advices about the university that I will be entering in 5 days time. Her advices about UPM interest and inspired me. After having supper with Jia Ken, we headed to UPM via the Puchong-Seri Kembangan Highway just to have a good look about the place that I will be living in for the next 4 years. We only managed to linger outside the faculty buildings and residential colleges because the gates we locked. The surrounding environment can be considered condusive, the buildings and public amenities are new and still in good condition, a better place compared to other local varsities. After lingered for about half hour, I finally get to look at my faculty and my residential college. It was beautiful, a faculty building beside a lake. Besides, my residential college looked more like an apartment more than a flat. Normally, students from this engineering faculty stays opposite only where the residential colleges are situated, both Kolej Kesepuluh and Kolej Kesebelas. Next to these two colleges is the Sungai Besi Highway. Due to their distances from the university’s administrative area (where mostly all the faculty buildings and residential colleges are situated) are quite far, therefore these two residential colleges are considered obsolete or boy-cotted (according to my taekwondo friend), anyway they’re the few considered beautiful among all residential colleges in UPM. These are some pictures I have taken:

Kolej Kesepuluh & Kolej Kesebelas

Sadly, I will be awakened at 6am every morning due to the azan.

The starting of a life in university
The day is approaching, the day to start my varsity life. I’m gonna miss many things, going to miss my family, friends and my cute students. I am really going miss students of my BM Class (both 2N and 2J), Music (1N), Moral (1M) and especially Science (2K). I’ve started my job since February and initially i was doubting to accept this job offer as a temporary primary school teacher. Complains after complains, I have heard many from my friends that was already a teacher before I took up this job. But now, as i am looking back thinking, teaching is not that tough after all. Although primary school children tend to be very cute, but sometimes they can really get unto your nerves. "Teacher, can I go to toilet?", "teacher, look at him", "teacher, he took my pencil", these are the phrases that I heard a lot, especially 1M. Even sometimes, children will ask me silly questions such as "teacher, after this page is fully written, where should I continue writing?". Honestly, I have learnt a lot in teaching, it’s really a great experience for me. What to say and what not to say, this is an essential point for a teacher to know. Children has the highest tendency in misinterpreting your meaning, therefore a teacher must ensure the students really understands. Teaching also requires endurance and patience. Once you lay the rod on the child’s body, you’ll have a probability of 0.95 of being complaint or sued.
Yes, I truly love children and I love teaching them. But the days of teaching are ending. I will be entering university soon to pursue my degree (Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering) in Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang. Lion, a former classmate and colleague of mine is stationed with me in Kolej Kesepuluh, hopefully I can be in the same room with him. If can’t, I hope to get good, helpful and friendly course mates and room mates. May all the leng luis enter UPM too

Special Sunday
Today is father’s day, my family didn’t plan anything special to celebrate this day. Today’s Sunday worship in church was special, with the Planetshakers (from Melbourne, Australia) leading in worship, the entire atmosphere was vibrant. In the evening, after swimming with Kai Yen at 3K, Subang Jaya, we both met up with Kai Meng for steamboat buffet in ‘Yuen’ Restaurant. This is a restaurant I should recommend to seafood lovers especially fresh oyster lovers. The restaurant is situated just opposite of Cash Converters in Bandar Sunway. This restaurant is considered clean and they have varieties of foods, from fresh oysters to baby octopus. The price is also considered to be reasonable (about RM 18 per pax). For seafood enthusiast (especially Weng Sze), you should come to this place to try. Oh, bear in mind, tables are not always available especially during weekends, you’ll have to que

ue and wait to be seated.
